Terms of use
These terms cover your use of naaplo.pk, a free health-screening service operated by Naap Lo ("we"). By using the calculators you accept them.

What Naap Lo is, and what it is not
Naap Lo gives you a risk indication based on the answers you provide, using published screening instruments. It is an educational screening aid.
It is not a diagnosis, not a medical examination, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. A low-risk result does not mean you are healthy, and a high-risk result does not mean you have a disease. Always speak to a doctor about your health.
In an emergency, call your local emergency service or go to a hospital. Naap Lo cannot help in an emergency.
The result depends on what you enter
Your result is only as accurate as the measurements and answers you give. A mis-measured waist or a guessed blood pressure produces a misleading result. Where a check cannot reach a conclusion, for example if you do not know your blood pressure. It will tell you so rather than guess.
Who may use it
Naap Lo is intended for adults aged 18 and over in Pakistan. The instruments behind these checks are validated in adults and should not be used to screen a child.
What we ask of you
- Give your own information, or information you are authorised to give.
- Do not use the service to harass others, to submit someone else's details without their permission, or to attempt to reach records that are not yours.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service.
The Naap Lo Guide
The on-screen assistant explains your result and points you to reviewed Naap Lo content. It does not diagnose and does not discuss medicines; it will direct you to the helpline or to a doctor instead.
Your messages are processed by a third-party language model in order to generate its replies, so please do not type anything into it which you would not want processed that way. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, and should be treated as general guidance rather than medical advice.
Contacting you
When you complete a check you consent to receive your result and follow-up health guidance by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and to be added to our contact list. You can opt out at any time. Call 0324-4736284 or email salaam@naaplo.pk.
The helpline
The helpline is free and staffed during the hours shown on the site. It offers general guidance and can help you plan a conversation with a doctor. It does not provide diagnosis or prescriptions, and it is not an emergency service.
Content and brand
The text, design, illustrations and the Naap Lo name belong to Naap Lo or its licensors. You may read and share these pages; you may not republish them, sell them, or present them as your own.
Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, including any individual check, without notice, for instance while clinical guidance is being updated.
Liability
Naap Lo is provided free of charge and as an educational screening aid. To the extent permitted by law, Naap Lo is not liable for any loss arising from a decision you take on the basis of a result, from an inaccurate result caused by the information entered, or from the service being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability which cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
